Amber Beaton is an award winning music video director turned documentary filmmaker.
Amber has directed hundreds of music videos, developing a distinctive, haunting style rooted in moody, emotionally charged imagery. Because of this, her work has found a strong home in alternative, metal, and hard rock music scenes, collaborating with artists including Divide and Dissolve+Chelsea Wolfe, Beastwars, and Euringer.
Not surprisingly, her transition into feature documentaries expands on these dark themes long present in her work: the intersection of trauma, loss, grief and love.
